I am writing to inform you that two of our members have tested positive to Covid-19.
It is probably a timely reminder that Covid-19 is still around, and that personal hygiene is still very important to remain healthy. A couple of obvious things that we all should do are:
- wash your hands regularly.
- avoid touching your face
- cover your mouth if you cough or sneeze
- consider social distancing.
- use hand sanitizer before touching shared items (eg hot water urn, coffee machine etc).
If you test positive, please stay home until your acute symptoms have cleared (usually 5 to 7 days).
